Purchasing a home is a huge task.  We interviewed a number of people to help us find our home, and when we met Monica it was an instant, unanimous "Yes, she's the one!"  … and we weren’t disappointed. She is a highly trained professional, always available, flexible and fast. We were moving from the East Coast and didn’t know much about the area.  She interviewed us, discovered what we wanted, and utilizing her knowledge of the area she showed us places that we were unaware of despite the research we previously did. Once she re-routed the whole tour she had planned for us that day when we changed our minds about which area to see first.
